We're here to support small businesses in a post COVID world!

This service has been set up specifically for retailers and other business on the High Streets and other shopping areas across the district of Winchester. We have a team of commercially experienced specialists available to help you, all passionate about helping local businesses overcome the challenges presented as a result of the pandemic. This service is free for the first 200 local businesses to register for Access all Areas. This provides 12 months of free membership, including live ‘drop-in’ sessions with our COVID safety expert, our retail business advisor and our digital marketing specialists, plus online training and advice.

Digital Marketing Specialist

Blake Longley

Blake is a Director of Shift Digital, Winchester's leading digital marketing agency, established in 2015. As a technology agnostic digital agency, Shift help all types of companies from startups, to global brands, government and education organisations. Shift have a small highly skilled team with specialisms in; advertising, branding, creative design, digital media (web, e-commerce, email, mobile), enterprise level software development, print production, e-PR and campaign marketing activities.

COVID-19 Retail Safety Specialist

Steven Moore

Steven established the COVID-19 health and safety group in as an early response to the pandemic in March 2020. The company's main objective is to get the UK back to work, ensuring guidelines are followed, knowing that customer and staff safety are key to enabling retailers and hospitality venues being allowed to reopen again safely. We have worked with multiple partners during 2020 so that we understand how to help retailers introduce efficient and safe processes. We have worked extensively in the retail sector, as well as the construction industry and the corporate environment, enabling them all to return to work in ways that inspire confidence amongst employees, consumers and clients. Steven works directly with health and safety officials, trades and suppliers to get you the systems you need to get back to work and get the economy going again.

Paul Fraine

Paul has spent most of his 30+ years in business focused on high street retail. He has worked with some of the worlds largest retailers globally, managing international supply chains, operations and key stakeholder management. Paul has experience of High Streets across the UK and internationally has worked in Australia, Asia and North America. Paul is a diligent and results focused consultant, specialising in strategy development and turnaround implementation for struggling organisations. Paul is able to add value through rapid business assessment and analysis, then offering strategic guidance, mentoring, goal setting, technology led solutions, and cashflow advice. This is overlaid with strong financial governance, combined with a calm and common sense approach to acute business issues. Paul is currently working with a number of high street retailers impacted by COVID.

She is also a co-host and the Producer of “Write Club The Podcast” for writers & readers everywhere. She personally hosts and produces the Clicks & Leads and Resilience podcasts, is the author of “The Money Gym” and “The Money Gym: My Best Money Tip” books & produces the podcast of the same name.

Suzanne Green

Wellbeing specialist Suzanne is a professional, experienced, qualified trainer and facilitator of over 20 years and approved as an Instructor for Youth Mental Health First Aid. It was both her personal and professional backgrounds which highlighted an opportunity to get involved in significantly improving how we support young people in education - and adults within the workforce - when they are experiencing emotional or mental ill health. She brings great energy to her training sessions and delegates can expect to leave excited about the difference they can make for young people, colleagues, family, friends and self – everyone really!

Rachael Dines, DipM, Chartered Marketer, has a background in marketing and PR and has 17 years experience covering both in-house and agency-side marketing. Rachael is an advisor for Enterprise Nation and a mentor for CIM studying members. Trained in digital and traditional marketing, PR, copywriting and search engine optimisation, she has 9 years experience as a company director. A regular event speaker, Rachael has spoken at the Enterprise Nation Food Exchange, the WordPress conference WordCamp London, for the Princes Trust Brighton and Hampshire, Brighton SEO and been an expert on the LBC Radio Clive Bull Business Show. Rachael has worked directly with the Voluntary Organisations Disability Group, Lowy Group, Root Experience and Samaritans. Rachael enjoys the variety her work brings and helping businesses grow through their marketing activities.
